By downloading or using PuzzleWorks ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

PuzzleWorks is provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.

Artwork & content

All artwork, packs, and other content in the app are owned by Flossworks or its licensors and are provided for use within the app only. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell the artwork. Puzzles you create from your own photos remain yours.

Purchases

Puzzle packs and unlocks are one-time purchases handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Refunds are handled through Google Play.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flossworks is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
